Workout = A Happy Wednesday
When you exercise, your brain releases endorphins, adrenaline, serotonin and dopamine. These chemicals all work together to make you feel good. In addition, after exercising you may feel a sense of accomplishment and your muscles will relax because of the workout – easing tension and strain.
So – what are you waiting for? Hit the gym, jump on your bike, or go for a walk! Make time each day and develop healthy habits, you won’t regret it.

Howdy! I’m finally back from a hiatus while my husband and I were buying our first house, but I plan to start posting on a regular basis again!
Congrats to you guys! A first house is very exciting…and nerve wracking too. If you live through that process, you can make it through almost anything.
So, where did you buy? OKC? Arkansas? Tennessee? (LOL)…probably in or near good old Austin I’ll bet!
Talked to my sister last week. She and her hubby got a new place in Sherman closer to his work. They are paying a bit more, but it’s reasonable compared to Ca.
